Sonya Bradley, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Sonya is the CEO of Midtown Management Corporation and has more than 15 years of experience in community association management.
A native of Illinois and graduate of Southern Illinois University, Sonya moved to Houston in 1986. Since coming to Houston, she has worked in property and community association management throughout the greater Houston area, concentrating mostly on the inner loop and Midtown area where she resides.
Sonya has extensive experience in all aspects of property management. She has been an apartment management firm supervisor, an on-site manager for an upscale residential high-rise building in River Oaks, has managed a large portfolio of homeowner associations, and has been senior leader of a team of managers specializing in condominiums and townhomes for a large firm. She founded Midtown Management Corporation in 2011.
Sonya is a standing member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She participates annually in continuing educational courses in order to maintain her certifications. Recently Sonya earned the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation which is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. Sonya joins an elite group of peers by earning this designation which is awarded to the most experienced managers in the nation and the 'best' in the industry.

Connie is the Assistant Community Manager for Midtown Management and has more than 23 years of experience in community association management.
Although a native of Spokane, Washington, Connie has lived in Houston most of her life and resides in the Southwest Houston area. Connie began her career in community association management as a receptionist for a large management company which handles mostly condominiums and townhomes. Connie moved up through the industry ranks over the years to become a Community Manager, managing single-family and townhome communities in the Houston area for 5 years.
Connie joined the Midtown Management team in January 2014. Connie has her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and her Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations and is active in the industry. Connie also serves on the Board of Directors at the community where she lives.
Connie is committed to providing excellent customer service and exceeding our clients' expectations.
Elizabeth has worked in both commercial and residential property management for 30 years. She has worked with hotels, apartments, warehouses, country clubs, office buildings, as well as community associations including being a property manager for 2.5 years.
Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, Elizabeth moved to Houston with her family in October 1973. She attended Sam Houston State University. She entered the property management industry in August 1986 when she moved to Arlington, Texas to work for Huff, Brous, McDowell, Montesi Property Management and Brokerage Firm. She worked there for four years performing all accounting responsibilities for 22 properties. In 1990 she moved back to Houston to work for Duddleston Management Company as a Property Accountant. She has established a superb reputation in the industry.
Elizabeth is an asset to the Property Management industry as well as to various communities around Houston. She is a well loved and respected accountant.
